Artofbarbaratyson1 What is prosperity?  Is prosperity all about making the big bucks?  Is it entirely a state of mind?  Here are some possible answers to these questions:

  1. Knowing the abundance in which we already live and living in abundant gratitude.
  2. The experience of thriving and enjoying the richness of life.
  3. Alignment with the Cosmic Intelligence.  Doing God's will.
  4. Ability and capacity to increase level of service to others.
  5. It's probably mental (emotional), physical (material) and spiritual (of the divine).
  6. It might be both our wants and our needs.

  23. Choosing how to live life and having the opportunity to fulfill this choice.
  24. Having enough energy to thrive.
  25. Overflowing to others.  Generosity.
  26. Freedom to do.
  27. Freedom to give.
  28. Being successful.
  29. Reaching your goals.
  30. Giving back.
  31. Having exactly what is needed at any given time.
  32. Having a spiritual experience.
  33. Living in a state of satisfaction.
  34. Abundance and contentment.
  35. Feeling comfortable in one's own skin.
  36. Achieving worth while goals without hurting anyone in the process.
  37. To be one with your sisters and brothers.
  38. To live in harmony and realize it.
  39. Being able to afford things when you want them.
  40. Having access to clean air, unpolluted water, good food, peace, religious freedom, education, health and health care, time for friends, community, family, the arts, career success, financial success, ability to share with family and give back to the community, living in harmony with the environment to the best of our ability.

Prosperity means living a brilliant and joyful life, operating at full capacity and sharing the gift of transformation with those in need. Money is good and welcome, but it is not the factor that determines happiness.

Secret Society - Mysticism - Rosicrucian Fundamentals

Rosicruciancross Is the AMORC Rosicrucian Order a secret, mystical society?  Well, I suppose it is, secret in the sense that once you get to the higher levels, you're not likely to discuss what you're learning because not too many will comprehend your new knowledge.  Mystical in the sense that it involves spiritual dimensions, not magic or strange or disturbing behavior.

A 'perfecting' Rosicrucian (that's the preferred term, as opposed to just 'I'm a Rosicrucian) has an appetence toward the mysteries of the universe and things of a spiritual nature.  Devotion to perfecting their philosophy and the realization that it is possible to learn the meaning of life are the primary motivators for continued study.

Peace Begins With Us

Peacedovechantalstainedglass_4 Peace is possible when we make peace in our own home, our own neighborhood, our own city, and our own country.   When we put forth the best of ourselves when dealing with others, we create peace.  As intelligent and capable human beings, we can choose to always do what's right.

Love Exercise - Try to empty your Cup

Roseheartquilt Does your cup runneth over with Love, or is it half empty?  Well, if it's half empty, there's a simple solution you can implement that is guaranteed to make your cup full-full!

Professionals, and even us average citizens, believe that there must be several different kinds of love.  Most of us are familiar with love in the form of paternal, reciprocal and sexual expressions.  Although there may be more technical or otherwise historically correct terms for these types of love, these labels are quite sufficient for this discussion. Paternal love, obviously, is reflected in the unconditional love most parents have for their children.  Reciprocal love is generally the type of love you may feel for your parents or friends, - they give, you receive - you try to give something back.  Sexual love, or passion and desire; comes from emotional and physical feelings one develops when thinking of certain human beings.
