Sheila is an Interfaith Minister/Guide/Director, for Interfaith Spirit Quest, along with other volunteers who are energized by the idea of spiritual harmony & wholeness!

Sheila is also a freelance writer, blogger, full of the dickens, overly curious, excited, optimistic, energetic, occasionally melancholy, can be undisciplined at times but extremely passionate at all times, is both professionally and self-taught. She is a highly spiritual and progressive individual in constant communication with God (or at least tries to be). She is entrepreneurial, a risk taker, thinker, voracious reader - reads at stoplights, too logical at times - too emotional at others, a sensual Scorpio (lighthearted and non-serious follower of the signs), a busy person but not a busy body, appreciates hearing from readers, enjoys solitude but also enjoys the company of others.
